With the Sunshine Coast property market flourishing, and currently peaking towards to top of it’s growth, savvy property owners are recognising the benefits of a renovation and/ or an extension to their home in opposition to selling. Completing a renovation or extension on a property means you don’t have to move, you can enjoy living your preferred lifestyle in your chosen neighbourhood, and saving on selling fees and associated real estate costs. Plus, with a strategic renovation you can increase the value of your home, adding equity you can later leverage for other investment projects.
Our recent Mooloolaba renovation and extension project was intended not as a renovate-for-profit strategy, but because the owners wished to renovate their holiday home to something they could retire to the beautiful Sunshine Coast in. To outline the renovation and extension process, see below the photo’s of our Mooloolaba renovation and extension:

The rear alfresco area
The interior of this project was dated, with lots of timber panelling and a small, closed-in layout.
The older-style, run-down kitchen was quite small.
The dated bathroom was in need of a makeover!

The slab for the bedroom wing extension was poured by Kirk from Kirk Shearer Concreting.

The completed project is to be photographed very soon, we will be uploading the finished project here on our website as well as across our social platforms, so keep checking back! Our clients are extremely pleased with their finished renovation and were able to move in before Christmas! We can’t wait to share it with you.
