This three storey home in Twin Waters received a complete cosmetic renovation. The team at Your Asset Renovations gave this family home a new kitchen, three new bathrooms, new tiling in the upstairs entertaining room, re-painting throughout, new carpeting and a new laundry. We also tidied up the home exterior by way of painting and adding feature beading. The home previously had varnished timber floors which were a reddish, polished timber- we sanded back the floors for a modern, matte look finish. We particularly love the owners decision to select a glass kitchen splashback over tiles- a glass splashback adds gloss, reflect light and is easy to clean. Win-win! We also love the dark timbers and greys that create a strong, striking contrast to the fresh whites in this high-end beach house renovation.
