YOUR FIRST CONSULTATION
We initially meet with you on site to discuss your renovation design requirements as well as giving an assessment on existing building structures. We will offer our professional advice to suit your current building structure and tailor it specifically to your requirements. Following this consultation, we consider all information and establish an estimate on construction costs so we can move forward confidently within your budget.
If you don’t already have plans or concepts, this step involves working with our building designer to bring your ideas into reality. We draw up preliminary plans that are prepared based around your design suggestions and requirements. Once you’re happy with the design we will pass the plans onto our building certifier to amend the plans as necessary to obtain your building approval.
All project information is then added to our 24/7 online client access system. From our website or our mobile application, you can view and access all details of your project, including product selections, financials, construction schedules and important milestones of your project.
THE FINE DETAIL STAGE
During this step of the process, we work with together with you to finalise construction drawings, product selections and engineering designs. We can then move on to prepare your formal fixed price building contract.
We aim to work with you and walk you through every step of the process. We organise and submit all relevant documentation to obtain a council approval and are with you every step of the way during your project. You will continue to have 24/7 online access to your project so you know exactly what’s happening next and have full control of your project from start to finish.
Here’s the exiting part, we will demonstrate for you how all appliances and special features work along with passing on our warranties book with your 6.5 year structural warranty and 3 month maintenance warranty. Enjoy your newly renovated home.
